★ Please note that our place is best suited for 4 adults (perfect for 2 couples) but we can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults + 2 kids) for an additional $25 per person/per day fee. Please note that we will not accept any bookings for 6 adults.

★ We offer early check-in at 2pm and late check-out at 12pm for an additional $75. Please inquire at time of booking if interested.

★ Please note that we do not accept pets of any kind; this allows us to keep our modern 29 Palms home absolutely pristine and spotless at all times :)

★ Security Deposit - we require a $200 credit card hold for all bookings. We reserve the right to keep your deposit if you leave the place a mess (requiring extra cleaning), break things, or violate our house rules. If we discover that you have a party (more than 6 guests without prior approval) we reserve the right to charge you an additional $500 for deep cleaning and additional wear and tear. Please respect the property and the rules :)

We designed and built our heated salt pool rental with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Although small, it delivers a totally fresh and unique experience that keeps your body cool and your mind curious. Smooth round edges evoke relaxation and organically embedded gold and teal stones entertain the eyes. Expansive and unobstructed mountain views to the south and west complete the desert vibe, making La Choza the PERFECT mountain view vacation home for your next getaway :)

Our WiFi speed is 369 mbps — perfect for streaming on multiple devices and especially nice for remote work in your Joshua Tree area stay.

We provide a level 2 EV charger for all of our guests free of charge. Please let us know if you plan to use it so we can activate it for the duration of your stay.

After booking, you will receive a beautiful digital guidebook with all the information you could possibly need during your stay. Think of it as a house manual wrapped inside a local area guide. You'll find easy check-in and check-out instructions as well as helpful pictures and videos on how to operate everything in the house. We've covered literally everything in the guidebook so that your stay can be completely stress-free.
