At La Choza, thoughtful spaces and beautiful design intertwine to create the perfect blend of form and function. Cook in our stunning hand crafted ash wood chef's kitchen, take in the expansive mountain views from the cozy sun room, relax around a toasty wood burning fire, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.

We believe intentionality should guide every aspect of the perfect stay, and that includes sleep. We designed La Choza with you in mind. We know there are many choices for accommodation in the high desert, and that's why we created something special that you just won't find anywhere else. We carefully chose the finest hardware, fabrics, woods, and tiles, weaving them together into a simple and cohesive style that radiates warmth and luxury. We wanted every space to feel elegant, organized, and elevated. Everything you interact with at La Choza has been meticulously chosen for its beauty and performance, culminating in a fresh and inspired hospitality experience.

When you're here, it's easy to feel like you're the only one around (especially in the back) as we have no neighbors to the south and west and 100+ acres of undeveloped land stretching westward towards the mountains. Come experience the peace and tranquility of the high desert with privacy and style. Soak up the crisp, clean, desert air, marvel at our stunning golden sunsets, or get lost in a starry night sky. And when you want to reconnect with society, we're just 5 minutes from downtown 29 Palms with its many unique shops and restaurants and only 8 minutes from the East Park Entrance. If you're coming to visit the National Park for the first time, you might not know that the Main Park Entrance in Joshua Tree has become increasingly congested during the peak travel season (Sept - April) and it's not uncommon to get stuck in hour long traffic jams trying to exit the park. Not fun. Skip the lines by using the East Park Entrance, which is always a breeze and is roughly the same distance to the middle of the park. If you're looking for an elevated high desert experience in the perfect location, book now - we know that you'll absolutely love our place!
